Analysis of the principle of liquid filling machine:
1. Place the semi-automatic liquid filling machine on a stable surface and plug in a 220V power supply.
2. Set the time required for filling. The timer shows the time of each filling. The left two digits show how many seconds / minutes / hours and the right two digits show the subdivisions of seconds / minutes / hours. There are five setting bits on the bottom line. The middle bit is used to set the time unit S / M / H, which is seconds / minutes / hours. Generally, “S” is set to the seconds. The right three digits are used to set the subdivision of S / M / J, namely seconds / minutes / hours.
3. Interval schedule: used to set the waiting time between each filling.
4. Counter: used to display and set the filling number. The upper light-emitting part displays the actual filling number. The upper five digits are used to set the number of fillings required each time. If the production number required for each batch is reached, the upper light-emitting part has a red bright point in the upper corner. The lower rightmost bit is an order of magnitude setting. Setting: “× 1” The upper light-emitting part will display an intuitive reading.
5. Manual automatic switch: There are three states: manual, automatic and stop. Dial to “Manual” means working in manual operation mode and “Manual Start”. Each time you press “Manual Start”, it will be filled once. At this time, the “Interval” is adjusted to 0 seconds for manual operation. Move to the “automatic” work for automatic filling. The filling will be in the state of “filling time” and “interval time” for automatic filling. If you move to “stop”, the filling will stop.
6. Working setting switch: There are three states of working, pre-clearing and setting. Dial to “work” and enter into the corresponding working state in cooperation with “manual automatic switch”. Move to “pre-clear” and wait for a period of “filling time” to eliminate the last set filling time. This state is used to reset the filling time. Filling will stop when you move to “setting” However, this state can be used in conjunction with the “working state” to set the required filling time for each bottle.
7. Count reset to zero: the number (glowing line) of the count display is cleared to zero in order to start a new filling counting work.
8. Manual start: When the “manual control automatic switch” is set to “manual control”, the machine will perform a filling operation each time it is pressed.
9. Interval indication: display the working status of the filling interval.
10. Filling instructions: Used to adjust the flow rate of the pump and “filling time” to determine the amount of filling each time. The adjustment is a ten-turn potentiometer plus a lockable dial, which is convenient and accurate. When locking the dial, move the card outwards and then apply a little clockwise to lock the ejector. The larger the value, the larger the flow.
11. Pump 1 switch, pump 2 switch: The working switch of the corresponding pump. When using a multi-pump machine, set the switch to “OFF” when the pump is not used.
12. Raw material barrel 1: Container for liquid to be filled.
13. Discharge pipe 3: The conveying hose from the pump to the bottle to be filled.
14. Feeding tube: the feeding hose from the raw material barrel to the pump.
15. Pump 4: a power body that sends liquid from a raw material barrel to a bottle to be filled.
16. Check valve: In the standby state, the liquid entering the inlet and outlet pipes and the pump will not return to the raw material barrel.
17. Filling head holder: used to fix the filling head and adjust the height of the filling head.
18. Filling head: for filling the bottle mouth container.
